This Refund Policy applies to digital subscriptions purchased on BusPermits (buspermits.com), operated by Squarebird Agency Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

1. Our Commitment

We want every subscriber to be completely satisfied with their BusPermits membership. If for any reason you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All new subscriptions — whether monthly or annual — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund with no questions asked.

To be eligible for the 30-day guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be received within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The subscription must not have been previously refunded.
  • One refund per customer under this guarantee.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If a technical fault on our part prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your subscription period, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charges), we will refund any amount charged in error immediately upon verification.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing; you will retain access to BusPermits content until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window.

Please include your full name, email address used for the subscription, and your reason for requesting a refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. We will send a reminder email before any annual subscription renews. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
